I stopped in real quick and was glad the store was clean and organized. Compared to some other stores where the aisles feel cramped or messy, this one was easy to get around. Most things were right where I expected them to be, so it only took me a minute to find what I needed and get on my way.

"Shipping has been consistently fast"
I’ve ordered from North 40 Outfitters a handful of times now, and so far the shipping has been quick each time. Everything seems to be packed well and usually shows up when they say it will, which I definitely appreciate. I haven’t run into any odd delays or missing items yet, and the site is generally easy enough to order from. I’ll probably keep using them.

"Curbside pickup felt way more complicated than it needed to be"
I ordered from north40.com for curbside pickup because I figured it would be quick and easy. I got the email saying my order was ready, pulled into the pickup spot, and called the number like the instructions said… and then just sat there. Nobody picked up for a while, and I was sitting there thinking, why is this so complicated?
When someone finally came out, they brought the wrong item at first and had to go back inside to fix it. The employees were polite, so I’m not trying to be harsh, but the whole thing felt unorganized. It wasn’t a disaster, but if I’m still waiting around that long, I’m not sure curbside is really worth it.

"Not quite the quality I was expecting"
I ordered it from North 40 Outfitters, the shipping part was fine. No real issues there. But then I opened it up and… yeah. The product just felt cheaper than I thought it would. The stitching was uneven in a few spots, which I noticed pretty much right away.
After using it a handful of times, it already started showing wear. Kind of disappointing, especially for the price. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just something that would hold up better. It’s not the worst purchase I’ve made, but I’m not really happy with it either. Probably won’t buy this brand again

I ordered from north40.com and, i was kind of relieved when the package got here because you never really know what condition things will show up in. But the box looked totally fine, not all crushed or torn up, and when I opened it everything was wrapped up nicely with plenty of padding, so nothing was rattling around in there.
The item itself was perfect too, no dents, scratches, or random damage anywhere that I could see. It was a straightforward order, but still, it felt like they actually took a little care packing it up, which I appreciate. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Firearm order took longer than expected"
Ordering a firearm from north40.com was, uh, more of a hassle than I expected. The website itself was fine, but the updates were slow and I kept having to check on things myself. The transfer info wasn’t very clear either, which made the whole process more frustrating. It did go through eventually, but it definitely wasn’t smooth. I probably won’t use them again.

The prices were fair, the stuff I got did feel worth the money. I just wish the experience had been a little better because I felt kind of dismissed when I had questions, like I was bothering them. Overall, the value was there, but the service left me feeling a bit overlooked.

I order from north40.com regularly for feed and odds and ends for the shop, so I figured I might as well use the rewards instead of leaving money on the table. It’s actually been really simple. The points are easy to understand, and I’ve already used a couple rewards at checkout to knock a bit off my total. It’s nothing complicated or flashy, but that’s kind of what I like about it. If I’m already buying this stuff anyway, I’d rather get the savings than miss out on them.

I ordered online and the pickup did work out, so I can’t complain too much. The staff was polite, which I appreciated, but I ended up waiting at the counter longer than I expected. It just felt a little unorganized, and when people take the time to order ahead, I think it’s only fair that the pickup process is smoother. Not a terrible experience, just something they could do better.

I do like this store, but the hours are kind of a hassle. By the time I’m done with work and actually have a chance to stop by, it’s usually too late or just not worth trying. It gets frustrating having to keep planning around it.

I ordered a couple of things, and when the package showed up, one of the items was completely wrong. Maybe I missed something when I placed the order, but I checked again and I’m sure it wasn’t on my end. Shipping was fine, so that part wasn’t really the issue. It was just frustrating having to deal with getting it fixed. Not the worst experience ever, but I guess I expected the order to be more accurate.

"Super Easy Parking and Getting Inside"
I stopped by North 40 the parking was SO easy. There were plenty of spots right out front, and I didn’t have to do that annoying loop around the lot looking for a space.
Getting inside was just as simple. The entrance was easy to walk up to, with no weird steps or tight little areas to deal with. My dad was with me, and he had no trouble getting in either.
Overall, it was just a really smooth, stress-free visit. It’s not something I always think about, but when parking and the entrance are that easy, it definitely makes the whole trip better.
